Eurovision 2012: Pedictions SF2

Image
Hi, it's me once again, I didn't have the time for review each rehearsal from SF2 and the Final, I'm so sorry to those who really expected.... Somebody?! lol  Here are my votes for the Second Semifinal... (If I were able to vote, I'd do it like this) - 01 and 02 are my personal bets lol  But I know the final 10 qualifiers  will be something like this.... (In a random order) Serbia Sweden Ukraine Norway Estonia Belarus Bosnia-Herzegovina Turkey Georgia Lithuania (maybe because the draw, I like his voice, but not his song that much) maybe the surprise goes here I'd really, really like to see the Netherlands qualifying this year!!! The song is good and despite her strange outfit if the commentators help her a bit, she could be making into the final.  @jclugoholt Carpe Diem!  Graphic Format Source:  Eurovision Mexico

Eurovision 2012: Rehearsals Review 2. (EN/ES)

Rehearsal days have started over with the 2 nd rehearsal round and I didn’t follow doing my reviews, so I’m gonna keep doing it with both rehearsals’ impressions from now and on. 10. ISRAEL INTERESTING: It’s a nice tune that makes you feel good. It’s one of my favs from Semifinal one and I hope it reaches the final. 11. SAN MARINO EHHHH: I love her energy on stage, the song is so cheap, even though, her energy sells it. It could be a dark horse, I’m afraid.

FIRST NINE REHEARSAL IMPRESSIONS 01.  MONTENEGRO WTF?! – I don’t know what was wrong, the sound, the song, the Singer or everything! I liked it the song by its rhythm but after its first rehearsal I don’t like it at all, thanks Montenegro, see you next year. ;) QDFE? ;) 02. ICELAND | ISLANDIA LOVE IT. Wisely they didn’t change that much their performance, I know there’s a lack of surprising in that but what other way they can perform such a dark epic ballad. I love the background graphics and their outfit will be just perfect. Thanks Iceland to come 2 nd after that mess from Montenegro.

GERMANY – “STANDING STILL” – ROMAN LOB (F-20) The strongest Big 5 I’ve ever seen before. Since these countries got that status in Eurovision, I haven’t seen them so Strong in a Final, well after 2009 when they tried for the first time, but this year are even stronger than tha

Eurovision 2012: Spain | España

Image
SPAIN – “QUÉDATE CONMIGO (STAY WITH ME)” – PASTORA SOLER (F-19) EBU’s Big 5 member and perhaps, because it’s one of the countries with the most alive languages in the whole world, Spain is qualified aut

Eurovision 2012: Ireland | Irlanda

Image
IRELAND – “WATERLINE” – JEDWARD (SF1 - 18) It’s Jedward again, horrible! XD These two crazy boys, once again in the Eurovision Stage. This year with a Swedish song that sounds too “Glee” or from a film of “High School Musical”, I think they will be voted by the young people and youngsters hahahaha. They still have the sparkle but the song it’s not the strongest like the year before, and there's not any sur

Eurovision 2012: Lithuania | Lituania

Image
LITHUANIA – “LOVE IS BLIND” – DONNY MONTELL (SF2 - 18) If it is a ballad, it doesn’t sound to me like that, it’s a mixture of sounds from the past and some from present, sometimes it sounds a little like the Latvian winner of the 2002 to me. Donny has a great voice and performance life according to his video which is the one from the Lithuanian National Final why he could reach the final quali

Eurovision 2012: Bosnia-Herzegovina

Image
BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA – “KORAKE TI ZNAM” – MAYA SAR (SF2 - 17) “I know your steps” It’s a personal and intimate ballad, the piano gives it a dramatic touch but at the same time so sweet, she has a spectacular voice, the ballad is not hard to sing, but it tends to be long and a bit rough, sometime

Eurovision 2012: Moldova | Moldavia

Image
MOLDOVA – “LĂUTAR” – PASHA PARFENY (SF1 - 17) With the excuses of the super fans of this song but it’s not my cup of tea, I like it, it sounds funny but it doesn’t make me stay up all night or give me any illusion at all. The guy has a great voice and knows how to sing, his cloths are rare and unusual that I love that touch of him, his personality. I think Moldova is in the right semi, or not? I think it could reach the final being 9 th or 10 th to the final or it

Eurovision 2012: Austria

Image
AUSTRIA – “WOKI MIT DEIM POPO” - TRACKSHITTAZ (SF1 - 16) I liked it since the first listen because they have excellent voices that fit with the rhythm that is so energetic like those two guys on stage. Besides it’s in native language an idiom of the High German, if I’m not wrong. I like it, like it and I hope the Europeans vote them and give them the chance to be once again to the Alpine Country in the Great Final, it’s a funny, catchy and a bit sexy

Eurovision 2012: Norway | Noruega

Image
NORWAY – “STAY” - TOOJI (SF2 - 16) Well, I’m not a fan of these kinda song where the leader singer is a male and there is a lot of dancing such as Saade’s last year or this year, Tooji’s, but I have to admit this song caught me since the beginning and I like it even more than the one from Sweden last year, that I don’t like it at all

Eurovision 2012: Slovakia | Eslovaquia

Image
SLOVAKIA – “DON’T CLOSE YOUR EYES” – MAX JASON MAI (SF2 - 15)  What a great rock song, it’s the only one of its kind this year. It’s been the great bid of the Slovak Television, I think if Max Jason Mai is able to sing at least in a 80% of what it sounds in studio audio, he’ll be in the final for sure, I say that, because if you listen to the song is very exigent vocally but it’s v

Eurovision 2012: Hungary | Hungria

Image
HUNGARY – “THE SOUND OF OUR HEARTS” – COMPACT DISCO (SF1 -15) This song has all the ingredients to have success; it has a beautiful message, great sounds and a very good voice live, I think it would be too unfair not to see this song and act in the final. Since I heard them in “A Dal” I like it very much, I hope this song is well-received in the

Eurovision 2012: Russia | Rusia

Image
RUSSIA – “PARTY FOR EVERYBODY” – BURANOVSKIYE BABUSHKI (SF1 -14) “Mother Russia” they really took it so literally this year and the’re sending 6 grannies from Buranovo, singing in a mixture of English and Udmurtio inviting us all to a party for everyone no matter cred,

Eurovision 2012: Estonia

Image
ESTONIA – “KUULA” – OTT LEPLAND (SF2 -14) “Listen” it’s an excellent and pure ballad, I think it’s called a “power ballad” because it starts from down and goes growing, but without the rock touch, personally, I really like it, despite the conflict made afther the Ott Lepland’s victory in “Ees

Eurovision 2012: Azerbaijan | Azerbaiyán

Image
AZERBAIJAN – “WHEN THE MUSIC DIES” – SABINA BABAYEVA (F -13) Actually, I haven’t been a fan of the Azerbaijan

Eurovision 2012: Turkey | Turquía

Image
TURKEY – “LOVE ME BACK” – CAN BONOMO (SF2 -13) The title is logical, after the Turkish fail last year in semis. It’s a song that I like by halves, the rhythm is very nice and I enjoy it, but the singer not that much, sometimes I like him with his singing way, but sometimes I don’t. What I remember the most of this son

Eurovision 2012: Denmark | Dinamarca

Image
DENMARK – “SHOULD’VE KNOWN BETTER” – SOLUNA SAMAY (SF1 -13) It was a song that I liked it but I didn’t play it after her winning in DMGP. Nowadays, it’s one of my top favourites and I think it could be the headache of many contenders in both First Semifinal and Final, why? Because it’s an actual and modern song, great voice, she
