ISLANDIA – “NEVER FORGET” – GRETA SALÓME & JÓNSI (GRENSI) (SF1-02)
“Nunca Olvides”: Qué Buena canción tenemos este año de parte de Islandia, con la letra, composición y voz de Greta Salóme Stefánsdóttir y de Jón Jósep Snaebjörnsson (Jónsi) que ya representó la isla en ESC2004. Para mi es una balada épica, por cómo está elaborada y por lo que transmite. El sólo de violin será la piedra anular y momento cumbre en su presentación en Baku, porque la hace mucho más grande, y esos tambores le dan este delicado toque épico.

Actualmente y desde su elección fue una de mis favoritas, junto con su hermana compuesta por la misma Greta Salóme “Aldrig sleppir mér” fue una de las favoritas para ganar el "Söngvakeppni Sjóvarpsins" que me vi Sábado, tras Sábado el pasado febrero.

Islandia partirá 2ª en la Primera Semifinal después de Montenegro lo que la deja con cierta ventaja para lograr el pase a la final, y cómo nos vamos a peder de este pedazo de canción en la final de Eurovision, sería un pecado no verla el sábado 26 de mayo en la final.

What an amazing song we have this year from Iceland, written, composed and sung by Greta Salóme Stenfánsdóttir and by Jón Jósep Snaebjörnsson (Jónsi) that already took part in ESC2004. For me is a Epic Ballad by the way it’s made and because what we can feel after listening to. The violin solo will be the key of the live presentation because it’s the climax of the song, because it makes it even greater and epic, so do the drums, which give it the epic touch.

Currently is my runner-up to win this year. This song along with its “sister” “Aldrig sleppir mér” (Never let me go) made by the same artist alone; Greta Salóme, were my favourites to win the Icelandic Söngvakeppni Sjóvarpsins, what I watch Saturday after Saturday in last February ;)

Iceland goes 2nd in the First Semi Final after Montenegro what give it a lot of advantage over the rest to give it the chance to go thru the final, and how could we lose this greater song from the Eurovision Final? It would be a big mistake not to watch it next Saturday, May 26th in the Final, don’t you think?!

    BENIDORM FEST 2023 Para valorar las canciones del Benidorm Fest, tras lo vivido en 2022, siempre tocará ver la imagen completa, ó sea, con la presentación en vivo que TODO LO CAMBIA. Como pasó con Chanel, a la que tuve 14 en mi primera ronda de escucha y para la tercera ya iba 7a. Y tras el directo, tras lo visto, no podía quedar más abajo del primer puesto. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, daré mi valoración de las canciones en contienda, basándome exclusivamente en lo que se tiene hasta ahora. Al no ser muy fanático de los listados españoles, no tengo idea de quienes son la mayoría de los artistas, así que lo que diré a continuación será, en su mayoría, de acuerdo a lo que me vendió cada canción en mi ronda de tres escuchas, pausadas y con espacio entre ellas para digerir todo bien. Adios Al Amigo Decidido.
